Sintered Wire Mesh

These Sintered Wire Mesh are made from stainless steel are brought together as per the different combination and these are also sintered together through vacuum sinter compression and rolling and made into a kind of porous material. These are available in standard sizes or as per customer detailed specifications. These are mostly used in shifting and separation of medical material, food products, fine chemicals, powder materials and oil in air conveyors for powder material handling etc in many industries such as metallurgy, pharmaceutics, electric power water treatment, chemical fiber, petro chemical industry etc.

Characteristics

• Large areas, From 1micron to 100micron it all has the well filtration performance .
• Steady filter rating, As to the two protective layers and sinter arts, the mesh of the filter layer is not easy to change.
• High mechanical strength. Excellent resistance to pressure and high mechanical strength due to the fourth and fifth layers reinforced.
• Wash Ability: Easy to wash, especially back washing owing to the surface.
• Heat Resistance: Heat resistant up to 480.
• Corrosion resistance: Corrosion resistance as to a result of adopting SUS316L.
• Tractability: Suit to cut punching 'warp' tension and jointing.
• Standard size are 500x1000mm, '600x1200mm, other sizes in the above-mentioned range are also available according to customers needs.
